Expulsion of Foreign Worker and Crushing of His Car for Littering

The General Directorate of Traffic, represented by the Traffic Regulation Department’s Security Control Division, apprehended the driver of a light truck following a complaint alleging that he had dumped debris causing road pollution in the Jabriya area. This action is part of the directorate’s ongoing efforts to enforce traffic regulations and curb behaviors that compromise road safety and cleanliness.

Following investigative work, the driver, a Bangladeshi national, was apprehended. It was also determined that he was operating a motor vehicle without a valid license permitting him to do so. Traffic violations were issued against him for dumping debris that pollutes roads and for driving a motor vehicle with an invalid license. He was transferred to the Traffic Police Station under preventive detention pending deportation proceedings, and the vehicle was impounded in accordance with standard procedures.
