Al-Mashari Heads Kuwait Delegation at Gulf Housing Ministers' Meeting

State Minister for Municipal Affairs and State Minister for Housing, Abdul Latif Al-Mutairi, chaired the State of Kuwait delegation participating in the 24th meeting of the Ministers Responsible for Housing Affairs in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held today in the Bahraini capital of Manama as part of the Fourth GCC Housing Week. The Public Authority for Housing Welfare stated that Kuwait’s participation aims to enhance GCC housing cooperation, exchange expertise and experiences in housing care, and contribute to supporting joint efforts to develop housing work among GCC member states. It added that the GCC Housing Week activities included a number of meetings, dialogue sessions, and topics related to the housing sector, alongside discussions on ways to strengthen cooperation and exchange experiences and expertise among member states. The Kuwaiti delegation presented Kuwait’s housing experience, the latest developments in projects, and the steps taken to bring real estate developers into operation and qualify specialized companies to begin actual implementation of projects. The Kuwaiti delegation includes Acting Director General of the Authority, M. Rashid Al-Anazi; Acting Deputy Director General for Planning and Design, Eng. Rasha Al-Adwani; Director of the Design Department, Eng. Nasser Al-Saeed; and Director of the Minister’s Office, Sabah Al-Otaibi.
