First Deputy: Brotherhood and Historical Ties Bind Us and Qatar

The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, held discussions with Qatar’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Ali Al Mahmoud, on matters of mutual interest and ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the two countries in a manner that serves their shared interests. The Ministry of Interior said in a press statement that this came during Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef’s reception of the Qatari ambassador and his deputy, First Secretary Jasem Al-Abd al-Jader. The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior emphasized the deep historical and fraternal ties between the two countries and their ongoing development across various fields, expressing his wishes for Qatar and its people to continue progressing and prospering. For his part, the Qatari ambassador expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior for the warm reception, praising the deep fraternal relations between the two countries and wishing Kuwait and its people continued security, progress, and prosperity.
