With the launch of the new judicial year, we welcome a new leadership for the judiciary, rich in elites and prominent figures renowned for their loyalty, dedication, and relentless commitment to consolidating the foundations of justice and developing the judicial system. As we extend our highest congratulations and best wishes to His Excellencies and His Sincerity the Advisors upon receiving the high princely confidence, we pray to God for their success and guidance in bearing this national trust and its lofty mission, namely: Advisor Hani Al-Humaidan, President of the Court of Cassation and President of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary; Advisor Darar Al-Waqian, Vice President of the Court of Cassation; Advisor Tariq Al-Jaber, President of the Court of Appeal; Advisor Abdulmohsen Al-Tabtabaei, Vice President of the Court of Appeal; Advisor Abdullah Al-Qasimi, President of the Court of First Instance; and Advisor Saud Yousef Al-Sanea, Attorney General.

They fulfilled their mission with trustworthiness and competence, dedicating their expertise and knowledge to serving justice, safeguarding rights, and upholding the rule of law, thereby earning our utmost praise and appreciation.
Finally, we pray to God Almighty to grant the new judicial leadership His support to continue the path of achievement, and to preserve for Kuwait its majestic, independent judiciary as a formidable fortress for rights and freedoms and a pillar of stability.
