In line with its ongoing commitment to staying close to its customers and providing banking solutions that align with their evolving needs and aspirations, Kuwait International Bank (KIB) concluded its participation in the sixth edition of the “Beit Al-Bina” (My Home Construction) exhibition, held from September 8 to 12, 2026, at Kuwait Arena, 360 Mall. Through its dedicated booth, the KIB team engaged with visitors and introduced them to a wide range of the bank’s products and banking services tailored to their needs related to home construction and furnishing plans. His Excellency Abdul Latif Al-Mushari, Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing, toured the exhibition, visited the KIB booth, and met with the bank’s team.
Commenting on the bank’s participation, Abdulaziz Al-Shammari, Assistant General Manager of Personal Banking at KIB, said: “At KIB, we continue to focus on providing flexible banking and financing solutions that offer our customers broader options and support them in achieving their goals. The ‘Beit Al-Bina’ exhibition presented a valuable opportunity to connect with visitors during a crucial stage of their home-building planning journey and to better understand their priorities. Our team was able to address visitors’ inquiries and clarify the products and solutions offered by the bank.”
Al-Shammari added: “Our participation in the ‘Beit Al-Bina’ exhibition reflects KIB’s role in supporting our customers’ aspirations and contributing to the development of Kuwait’s housing and real estate sectors. Drawing on the bank’s extensive experience in this field, we remain committed to delivering solutions that enhance quality of life and create sustainable value for society. This approach aligns closely with our broader efforts in corporate social responsibility and our commitment to sustainable development.”
During the exhibition, KIB showcased a range of financing options designed to meet the needs of diverse customer segments, including interest-free financing offers on selected building materials, furniture, and electronics, as well as flexible facilities allowing a grace period on installments of up to two years. KIB representatives were present at the bank’s booth throughout the event to provide detailed information, answer inquiries, and assist interested visitors in completing the procedures to access suitable financing options.
KIB also used its participation in the “Beit Al-Bina” exhibition to continue promoting financial and banking literacy, as part of its ongoing support for the national awareness campaign “Let Us Be Aware,” launched by the Central Bank of Kuwait in collaboration with the Kuwait Banks Association and supported by local banks. Through interactions with visitors, the bank’s team highlighted the importance of adopting responsible banking practices and encouraged them to make informed and conscious financial decisions.
The exhibition featured more than 80 companies specializing in construction, interior design, furniture, building materials, and home solutions, providing KIB with an ideal opportunity to align its services and products with customer needs at various stages of home planning, construction, and furnishing.
