Ministry of Islamic Affairs Launches the 8th Hajj and Umrah Exhibition 'Labbaik'

The eighth “Labbaik” Hajj and Umrah Exhibition kicked off under the patronage of Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Mohammed Al-Osmi, with participation from more than 50 Hajj companies. The event runs for a week, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., at the Mushref Exhibition Grounds.

In a press statement following the opening, Deputy Minister Dr. Engineer Sulaiman Al-Suwailim said the exhibition meets all the needs of Kuwaiti pilgrims and showcases the services offered by participating Hajj companies. He noted that the exhibition allows Kuwaiti pilgrims to learn about participating companies in one location, facilitating access to information on prices and services and helping them meet their requirements for performing the Hajj pilgrimage.

He added that the exhibition serves as an opportunity to enhance awareness among pilgrims and prepare them for the pilgrimage by reviewing relevant organizational and advisory aspects of the Hajj season, thereby improving readiness and compliance with approved guidelines and procedures, and easing their journey from departure until their return to the country.

He affirmed the Hajj and Umrah Department’s commitment to being present at the exhibition to answer pilgrims’ inquiries and provide them with religious, administrative, and advisory publications.
