Al-Omar held talks with the French and Azerbaijani ambassadors on joint cooperation

State Minister for Communications and Acting Minister of Media and Culture Omar Al-Omar met with Olivier Goffan, the French Ambassador to Kuwait, and Charles-Henri Bou, Managing Director of the French company Pertimm, to discuss areas of joint cooperation between the two countries in the fields of communications and information technology. The Ministry of Media stated in a press release that the meeting reviewed ways to enhance partnerships and exchange expertise in technical and digital fields, thereby supporting technological development and innovation pathways and strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors. The release quoted Minister Al-Omar emphasizing Kuwait’s commitment to continuing to strengthen its relations with the French Republic and expanding the horizons of joint cooperation in technical and digital fields, in a manner that serves the mutual interests of both countries and supports the exchange of expertise and knowledge. Minister Al-Omar also discussed with Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Emil Karimov, the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance joint cooperation in cultural and tourism fields, contributing to consolidating relations between the two friendly countries and peoples.
