Russia warns Europe of a different and very short war
Moscow – Agencies: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov warned that any European attack on Russia would lead to a “different and very short” war, a message reflecting the escalating Russian rhetoric toward European countries, as the war in Ukraine continues and the diplomatic track aimed at reaching a settlement stalls. Lavrov’s remarks came during a meeting with representatives of foreign missions in Moscow, while he simultaneously reiterated his country’s readiness for “serious” negotiations on Ukraine, whether in a trilateral format involving Russia, the United States, and Ukraine, or through bilateral talks.
