... Inspects Persons with Disabilities at the Morning Session... Monitors Visitors' and Residents' Needs

Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail, Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood, emphasized the importance of streamlining procedures for visitors and accelerating the processing of their cases, as well as enhancing the level of services provided to persons with disabilities and their families. She made these remarks during an inspection visit to the headquarters of the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities in the Al-Sabahiyah area.

During the visit, Dr. Al-Huwail reviewed the progress of operations and the quality of services provided. She also met with several visitors, listened to their needs and feedback, and reiterated the necessity of facilitating procedures and delivering the highest standards of service.

The Minister also inspected the residents at the Authority, inquiring about their conditions and the care and services provided to them. She further reviewed the activities and events organized by staff, which contribute to supporting residents and improving their quality of life.

Dr. Al-Huwail expressed her gratitude and appreciation to the employees for their continuous efforts and dedication to caring for residents and organizing specialized programs and events for them.
