Mohammed bin Rashid: We Rejoice at Syria's Return to the Path of Development

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, affirmed the depth and strength of the ties between the UAE and the Syrian Arab Republic, describing them as relations rooted in love, friendship, brotherhood, and mutual respect. In a post on X yesterday, Sheikh Mohammed said, “While hosting my brother, President Ahmad al-Sharaa, as a guest of the Arab Media Summit in Dubai, I wish to reiterate that our relations with Syria are based on love, friendship, brotherhood, and respect.” He added, “We rejoice in Syria’s return to the path of development, and we look forward to the restoration of Syria’s civilization to the global standing it deserves. We also look forward to deep fraternal relations between our two friendly peoples.”
