Those seated in the lower tier are patriots!
A very strange phenomenon observed in the country is that loyalty to non-Kuwaiti entities manifests in several blatant forms, including harsh criticism, mockery, and private slanders against every decision taken by Kuwait, its Gulf brotherly nations, Arab friends, and international allies. Conversely, they bestow sanctity and excessive praise on decisions made by various revolutions, even when those decisions lead to devastating destruction of homelands, the killing and wounding of hundreds of thousands, and the displacement of millions. Anyone who does not submit to their betrayal of their homelands and their intellectual terrorism is considered by them a traitor and suspicious. Naturally, according to their bizarre standards, a traitor is not someone who betrays Kuwait, but rather someone who does not comply with their suspicious loyalty to other countries and causes. This is accompanied by secret hatred and malice toward the country and its leaders, while publicly praising and extolling the same officials. This implies that they are undergoing rigorous external intelligence training that teaches them hypocrisy, lying, and shifting stances like a chameleon—though the chameleon is more honorable and superior, as it changes color to preserve its life, whereas they change to harm homelands they never defend.

Even more astonishing is that these suspicious and duplicitous individuals hold the reins of initiative and influence in many parts of the country. Some of them award illicit funds, tenders, and contracts to those who share their betrayal and border-crossing loyalty. They purchase the support of the suspicious and the compliant at a value of one Kuwaiti dinar for every hundred dinars. If these are not bribes for shifting allegiances by 180 degrees, and in exchange for openly refraining from supporting homelands, while promoting ugliness and slandering honorable patriots—who are numerous—then what is the concept of the treacherous mercenary throughout the ages?

Final point: One is increasingly bewildered when witnessing, in front of prominent figures, images of yellow-faced and black-hearted individuals signing million-dollar deals and tenders with slandered officials. Yet, when returning to what they say and write in private, one finds no change in their negative stances toward the country and its leaders. The reason is that they attribute the benefits they receive from the nation’s wealth not to the officials, but to the suspicious, influential intermediaries who instilled in them hatred for the country. In their view, these intermediaries are the ones who granted them contracts and tenders. Therefore, this unfortunate phenomenon will continue: drinking from the nation’s breast, harvesting its wealth, and displaying loyalty to others without shame or modesty.
