Joint Operation Seizes 500 Kilos of Spoiled Fish

The Ministry of Interior, represented by the Sector of Directorates of Security Affairs – Al Ahmadi Governorate Security, carried out a joint security operation in collaboration with the Kuwait Municipality, the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition, and the Public Authority for Manpower to apprehend wanted individuals and violators. In a press statement, the Ministry of Interior said the operation covered the fish and vegetable market and the parking areas of the Kot Complex, resulting in the arrest of 16 wanted individuals and violators, 22 persons without identity documents, and the seizure of five vehicles wanted by the judiciary. It also noted the issuance of 28 traffic violations and the confiscation of 500 kilograms of spoiled fish. The statement clarified that the relevant authorities have taken the necessary legal measures against those apprehended and those found in violation.
