Kuwait Finance House Presents Integrated Financing Solutions

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) participated in the sixth edition of the “Bayti” Construction Exhibition, held under the patronage and attendance of Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing, Eng. Abdul Latif Al-Mashari, reaffirming its pioneering role in providing integrated financing solutions and services that meet customer needs in construction, design, and residential furnishing. The “Bayti” Construction Exhibition, held at the Arena Hall in the 360 Complex, is the largest specialized gathering for the construction and real estate development sector in Kuwait. It brought together more than 80 local and regional companies specializing in construction, furnishing, and residential outfitting, making it a comprehensive platform for those looking to undertake construction and real estate development projects.

Nahal Al-Muslem, Deputy General Manager of Products at KFH, stated that the bank’s participation in the “Bayti” Exhibition as a strategic partner reflects its leading position in financing construction and real estate development projects and supporting urban development in Kuwait, thereby contributing to enhancing economic development efforts and driving growth. She added that this participation embodies the bank’s commitment to supporting and ensuring the success of specialized economic events and exhibitions, and to highlighting opportunities and challenges related to vital sectors, foremost among them the construction and real estate sectors, which are among the key drivers supporting the national economy.

Al-Muslem emphasized that the bank is keen on offering a comprehensive package of innovative financing products that meet various customer needs, including housing finance covering the purchase, construction, and renovation of properties, with financing amounts reaching up to 95,000 Kuwaiti Dinars and a credit period of up to 15 years. She added that housing finance includes several competitive advantages, most notably a grace period of up to 12 months before the first installment is due from the date of obtaining the financing, which alleviates financial burdens on customers during the initial stages of construction. Additionally, customers can defer one installment annually through the “KFH Pass” service.

She clarified that KFH also offers exclusive deals in collaboration with a select group of suppliers and leading companies in the local market, featuring the latest equipment and products for the construction sector, along with special discounts and benefits that enhance customer value, coinciding with the continuous growth witnessed by the real estate and construction sectors in Kuwait.

Financing Against Financial Guarantee

Al-Muslem noted that KFH continues to develop innovative financing solutions to meet diverse customer needs, including financing against a financial guarantee. This product allows individuals to obtain financing by pledging their deposit without the need to break it, while continuing to benefit from its profits throughout the financing period. Customers can also easily apply for financing through the “KFHonline” application.

Financing Against Gold Guarantee

The bank also offers the financing against gold guarantee product, the first of its kind in Kuwait. This product enables customers to obtain financing against gold bars held in their dedicated gold accounts, allowing them to benefit from the value of their gold without having to sell it. This product is among the most prominent innovative financing solutions launched by the bank, aimed at enhancing the customer experience and providing more flexible financing options.
