"The Killing Fund"

The Yemeni military announced that its air forces have begun bombing areas within the “killing box” previously declared, including the city of Al-Mukha and its surroundings, and urged civilians to avoid using certain roads until further notice. It stated that the air force had commenced strikes in the previously announced killing box, an area on Yemen’s western coast that had been designated as an operational zone encompassing Al-Mukha and its vicinity. Civilians were asked to avoid using the Taiz-Al-Mukha and Al-Mukha-Dhabab roads, without providing further details. The military added that civilians must not use the restricted roads until further notice. The term “killing box” refers to areas designated by Yemeni government forces along the Taiz-Al-Mukha highway to destroy any Houthi military movements within them.
