Trump: Salman is a dear friend

Dublin – Agencies: U.S. President Donald Trump said he believes Iran was behind the drone attack on Saudi Arabia’s east-west oil pipeline. He added that during a meeting with Irish Prime Minister Michael Martin, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is a dear friend of his and things will be fine. He continued: “I believe Iran is behind the attack on Saudi Arabia; they have been doing these things for some time.” Trump also said that the Iran-aligned Houthi rebels in Yemen contacted his administration and indicated that they do not want the United States to intervene directly in the conflict.
