Al-Qutami stated, “This award means a great deal to me; it is not merely an acknowledgment of my efforts and those of the team who believed in the film’s artistic vision, but an accomplishment I proudly present to my beloved homeland, Kuwait, which has been and remains the primary supporter of our young creatives. Representing Kuwait’s name at a regional and international forum as significant as the Dhofar International Film Festival and raising its flag high on the award podium is the true victory and the greatest honor for me.”
