Kuwait Explores Development Cooperation with Senegal

Finance Minister Dr. Yaqoub Al-Rafai received Bassiro Sar, the Minister’s Delegate for the Economy, Finance and Planning and Budget Officer of the Republic of Senegal, in the presence of Hassan Sougou, Senegal’s Ambassador to Kuwait, and a number of officials from the Ministry of Finance and the Senegalese Embassy in Kuwait. The meeting reviewed several financial and economic topics and potential areas of cooperation in the coming period, against the backdrop of the distinguished relations between the two countries. Views were also exchanged on various fields of developmental and investment cooperation that would benefit both sides. This meeting takes place within the framework of the official visit by the Senegalese Minister’s Delegate for the Budget to Kuwait.
