The Dominican Republic’s Jhoheri Mola snatched the Miss World 2026 title, crowning herself with the most prestigious tiara in the beauty world after weeks of competition that included a series of preliminary events and contests before the final ceremony held in Vietnam early yesterday. Mola won the title following fierce competition among 111 contestants, as part of celebrations marking the 75th anniversary of the Miss World organization. Spanish contestant Elizabeth Rines finished in second place, while Malaysian Tanousia Chetty took third. Jhoheri Mola stood out during the competition thanks to her background in fashion, education, and media; she is a model, teacher, and media correspondent, in addition to her humanitarian work, having founded the Voices of Tomorrow initiative, which helps youth and children learn English.
