Kuwait Football Association and Al-Nour cooperate to implement the "Football for Humanity" initiative

Kuwait Football Association (KFA) Chairman Sheikh Ahmed Al-Yousef and Sheikha Entesar Salem Al-Ali, Founder and CEO of Al-Nawar Kuwait, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on implementing the 2026-2027 season of the “Football for Humanity” initiative, under the slogan “We Empower, We Develop, We Make a Difference,” targeting boys and girls aged 6 to 14.
The signing ceremony was attended by KFA Vice Chairman for Administrative and Financial Affairs Diyan Al-Dayan, KFA Vice Chairman for Technical Affairs Ayman Al-Husseini, KFA Secretary-General Dr. Saleh Al-Majroub, Technical Director Mohammed Al-Filakawi, Director of Education and Development Samir Dashti, Al-Azraq Academy Director Adel Yousef, Al-Nawar Company Managing Director Jaya Krokhluk, Managing Director of Educational Projects Rokia Hussein, Managing Director of Projects Ali Al-Shalbi, Project Director Taiba Al-Rouaih, and Public Relations and Media Officer Jaber Al-Fadli.
Through this MoU, the KFA and Al-Nawar aim to exchange expertise to harness the power of football as a platform for human and community development, providing a safe and inspiring sports environment for children in Kuwait. This environment will enable them to discover their potential, develop their skills, and build their character, while instilling values of respect, cooperation, responsibility, and sportsmanship. These efforts contribute to nurturing a more aware and confident generation capable of leadership and creating a positive impact on society.
In a separate development, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Yousef met with the Georgian Ambassador to Kuwait, Noshrivan Lomtatidze. The meeting discussed exchanging expertise between the Kuwaiti and Georgian football associations, expanding avenues for joint cooperation, and facilitating future mutual visits.
