«Ministry of Social Affairs»: Dissolution of a Public Benefit Association and Initiation of Legal Proceedings Against It

The Ministry of Social Affairs announced the issuance of a decision to dissolve one of the public benefit associations, in accordance with the ministry’s mandate to supervise and monitor such associations, and in line with the provisions of the laws and regulations governing civil society work in Kuwait. The ministry clarified that the decision came after completing the prescribed legal and administrative procedures, and following the review and assessment of the association’s status by the competent authorities, ensuring compliance with the law and safeguarding institutional integrity. The ministry reaffirmed its continued role in supervising public benefit associations.
