His Highness the Prime Minister Condolences to France, Congratulates Norway and Vietnam

His Highness the Prime Minister, Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Salim Al-Sabah, sent a message of condolence to French President Emmanuel Macron, conveying his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathies to him and the French people on the passing of former French Prime Minister Édouard Philippe. He also sent a message of congratulations to King Haakon VII of the Kingdom of Norway on the occasion of his swearing-in as King of Norway. Additionally, His Highness sent a message of congratulations to President To Lam of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the anniversary of his country’s independence.
