His Highness the Amir receives invitation from the UAE President to attend the “Water Conference 2026”

His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, received yesterday a written letter from His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, containing an invitation to attend the opening ceremony and participate in the 2026 UN Water Conference, which the UAE will host in partnership with Senegal from December 8 to 10 next year. The letter was delivered to His Highness by Dr. Matar Al-Nuaimi, the UAE Ambassador to Kuwait.

His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, also received yesterday the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber, who presented to him Fawaz Abdullah Al-Bursali, the new head of the Kuwaiti diplomatic mission, as Kuwait’s Ambassador to the Republic of Austria. Al-Bursali took the oath of office before His Highness in connection with assuming his new post.
