The Ministry of Interior carried out a comprehensive and intensive security campaign in the Farwaniya and Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh areas as part of efforts to apprehend wanted individuals and violators, and to enhance security and safety. In a press statement, the ministry said that security teams were deployed across several major roads in the two areas to ensure coverage of security and traffic aspects and to raise the level of field presence. It added that the campaign resulted in the arrest of 64 wanted individuals on account of criminal cases and absconding, 47 violators whose residence permits had expired, and the apprehension of four individuals unable to prove their identity, along with the issuance of 407 various traffic violations. The ministry noted that the campaign is an extension of the comprehensive security plans implemented by the ministry, aimed at achieving the highest levels of security and safety for citizens and residents, and reinforcing compliance with laws and regulations. Security presence will continue, with field campaigns being conducted in various parts of the country to help maintain security and stability and to raise the level of public safety.
