Al-Sharhan discussed joint cooperation with the US Joint Chiefs of Staff

The Chief of the General Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Sharhan, held talks with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States Armed Forces, General Dan Caine, on ways to develop joint military cooperation between the two sides. The General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army stated in a press release that this came during a meeting between Lieutenant General Al-Sharhan and his counterpart, General Caine, at the U.S. Department of Defense building, the Pentagon, as part of his official visit to the United States.

Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Sharhan, Chief of the General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army, and his accompanying delegation visited the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in the United States, where they were received by Kuwait’s Ambassador to the United States, Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah, and members of the diplomatic mission, as part of his official visit to the United States. Lieutenant General Al-Sharhan, accompanied by Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah, visited the site of the memorial for Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield.
