Demolition teams, casual laborers, and stray dogs

We extend special greetings to the demolition teams of the Kuwait Municipality across all governorates, in implementation of the law on encroachments on state property. We observe that demolitions are taking place only in one active governorate, with filming and publication. What about the other governorates? They remain as they were during the late [official’s] era. Some citizens have removed encroachments of all kinds, while others continue to resist demolition, believing that this is merely a summer bubble that will pass and things will return to their previous state. …
