Kuwait and Jordan: Exchange of Security Expertise

The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, held talks with Major General Ahmed Hosni, Director of the General Intelligence Directorate of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on ways to enhance security cooperation and joint efforts between the two countries. The Ministry of Interior stated in a press release that Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef met with Major General Hosni and his accompanying delegation at Bayan Palace on Wednesday. The discussions focused on developing areas of coordination and exchanging expertise between the security agencies on matters of mutual interest, thereby contributing to the support of security and stability. The statement added that the meeting reviewed the deep-rooted fraternal relations between Kuwait and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It clarified that both sides emphasized the importance of continuing joint coordination and expanding areas of cooperation to serve shared interests and enhance the efficiency of security operations in both countries.
