New Ukrainian strike targets Russian e-commerce giant

Moscow – Agencies: A new Ukrainian strike targeted a warehouse belonging to the Russian e-commerce giant Wildberries in the Vladimir region, approximately 180 kilometers east of Moscow, according to the company and local authorities. In a statement, Wildberries said that “a fire broke out at one of the company’s logistics sites in the Vladimir region as a result of an attack,” adding that workers at the warehouse had been evacuated. Local governor Alexander Avdeev said that “drones attacked the warehouse in the Sobinsky district,” noting via the Russian messaging service Max that there were “damage and a fire,” and that “a young man was injured.” Since mid-June, Ukraine has targeted around twenty Wildberries sites across various parts of Russia and in the Crimean Peninsula, which was annexed by Moscow.
