His Highness the Prime Minister Congratulates Switzerland and Benin

His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Salim Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, sent a congratulatory message to Guy Parmelin, President of the Swiss Confederation, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
