The Brutal Aggression
Six months have passed since the beginning of the brutal aggression against Kuwait and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries by Islamic Iran, a regime whose actions are far removed from the true tenets of this religion. Our brave men in the Armed Forces, the courageous lions among the security forces, the National Guard, and the pious sons of Kuwait—including firefighters and doctors—do not close their eyes day or night. Meanwhile, we go about our daily lives and fulfill our social obligations, unaware of the gravity of what these heroes are doing in defense of the homeland and its people, out of loyalty, allegiance, and devotion to their country and its Amir. To them, we extend our highest greetings and appreciation, praying to Almighty God to protect them from all harm and grant them victory over their enemies, so that the plots of the aggressors may rebound upon their own necks. We also raise our hands to God, beseeching Him to safeguard Kuwait—its security and stability, its nights and days, its land and skies—and to shield it from fitnas (trials and tribulations), keep calamities far from it, and protect it from the evil of envious, malicious, and greedy individuals. O God, Amen.

Why, O Tehran, has madness seized you? Do you wish to demonstrate your martial arts through war? Or are you unaware that God will frustrate your expectations?
Why, O Tehran, did we once believe you were a neighbor reliant on reason, only to be startled by your finger’s constant presence on the trigger, launching missiles as swiftly as a crier’s voice echoes in an auction?
Why, O Tehran, has your madness reached such extremes? Are you complaining of blindness in your eyes? Or do you seek to prove to yourself, “To be or not to be”?
Why, O Tehran, do you fail to turn toward those firing at you, responding with firmness and strength to deter their continuous day-and-night attacks?
Why, O Tehran, is your leadership oblivious? Do you wish to prove it is cunning, or is it ignorant that its heads are devoid of sound thought?
Why, O Tehran, do you persist in hostility toward your neighbors? Are you sober or intoxicated, adding sorrow upon sorrow?
Why, O Tehran, do you ignite fire with fire, refusing to let your people live in safety, so that the outcome is loss for both you and your people?

Excuses that lasted years of frivolity and idleness no longer hold weight in gatherings. If you say, “Bring forth a story, O men,” each will strike his own head with his mobile phone.
