Kuwait and Syria: Strengthening Diplomatic Solutions

His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, received yesterday the Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Asaad Al-Shaybani, and the accompanying delegation, on the occasion of his official visit to Kuwait. During the meeting, the fraternal relations between Kuwait and Syria were reviewed, and ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in various fields were discussed, along with a number of issues and topics of mutual interest. The meeting was attended by Sheikh Thamer Al-Jaber, Head of the Crown Prince’s Diwan, Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and senior officials.

Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber received yesterday the Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Asaad Al-Shaybani, on the occasion of his official visit to Kuwait. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that Al-Jaber held a meeting with Al-Shaybani, during which the fraternal relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop them in various fields, in line with shared interests, were reviewed. The meeting also discussed the latest developments in the region, particularly the current escalation and its repercussions, as well as efforts to promote diplomatic solutions that contribute to preserving regional security and stability.
