His Highness the Amir: Beautiful patience and sincere condolences to Qatar, its leadership, and its people

His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, held a telephone conversation yesterday afternoon with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar. During the call, His Highness conveyed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathies to His Highness, the noble family, and the Qatari people on the passing of the late Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, may God have mercy on him. He prayed to Almighty God to envelop the deceased in His boundless mercy and forgiveness, to grant him a place in the vast expanses of Paradise, and to inspire His Highness, the ruling family, and the Qatari people with steadfast patience and solace in their bereavement. He also prayed that God protect Qatar and grant it continued progress and prosperity.

Furthermore, His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, sent a message of congratulations to President Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, expressing his sincere congratulations on the occasion of the French National Day. His Highness commended the bilateral relations between Kuwait and the French Republic, reaffirming the shared commitment to strengthening these ties and expanding the scope of cooperation between the two countries across various fields in a manner that serves their common interests. He wished President Macron good health and well-being, and prayed for the continued progress and prosperity of the French Republic and its people.
