Al-Jaber held talks with his counterparts in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and India on the latest developments

Foreign Minister Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber received a phone call from Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that the call discussed the latest developments in the region, particularly the current escalation and its repercussions, as well as efforts to de-escalate tensions, contain instability, and promote diplomatic solutions that contribute to preserving regional security and stability.
Foreign Minister Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber also received Iraqi Foreign Minister Dr. Fuad Mohammed Hussein on the occasion of his official visit to Kuwait. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber hosted a working dinner in honor of the Iraqi Foreign Minister and the accompanying delegation. It clarified that the dinner provided an opportunity to discuss several issues of mutual interest, as well as developments in the current regional situation.
Additionally, Foreign Minister Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber met with Indian Foreign Minister Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar on the occasion of his official visit to Kuwait with the accompanying delegation. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that the meeting reviewed the deep-rooted historical relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop them across various fields, contributing to elevating cooperation and coordination frameworks to more comprehensive levels. The two sides also discussed the latest developments in regional and international arenas. Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber hosted a luncheon in honor of Dr. Jaishankar and his accompanying delegation.
