Kuwait and Saudi Arabia: Preserving Regional Security and Stability

Foreign Minister Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber received a telephone call from Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that the call discussed the latest developments in the region, particularly the current escalation and its repercussions, as well as efforts to de-escalate tensions, contain instability, and promote diplomatic solutions that contribute to preserving regional security and stability. Meanwhile, the Foreign Minister met with his Indian counterpart, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, during which they reviewed the longstanding historical ties between the two friendly nations and ways to enhance and develop cooperation across various fields, thereby elevating the frameworks of collaboration and coordination to more comprehensive levels. The two sides also discussed the latest developments on both the regional and international fronts.
