Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Dr. Muhammad Al-Wasmi held talks with Yang Xin, the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Kuwait, exploring avenues of cooperation and exchanging views on several issues of mutual interest.
The Ministry stated in a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Thursday that the meeting featured an exchange of perspectives on cooperation opportunities in areas falling within the purview of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, as well as ways to leverage mutual expertise and experiences to enhance joint efforts.
According to the statement, the meeting also addressed cooperation prospects in related fields, reflecting the depth of friendly relations between Kuwait and China and the commitment of both sides to maintaining constructive dialogue.
