English striker Harry Kane, winner of the Ballon d’Or as the world’s best player, has extended his contract with Bayern Munich by two additional seasons until the summer of 2029, the German football champions announced on Thursday.
The extension for Kane, 33, captain of the English national team and its all-time top scorer (91 goals in 125 appearances), comes after his best season since joining “Die Roten” from Tottenham in the summer of 2023, and just ten days after he was awarded the Ballon d’Or.
