State Minister for Municipal Affairs and State Minister for Housing, Engineer Abdul Latif Al-Mutairi, emphasized the necessity of adhering to the timeline, specifications, and technical standards set forth in the South Saad Al-Abdullah Housing Project, to ensure its successful implementation and the achievement of its housing targets.
In a press statement on Thursday, marking his field tour of the South Saad Al-Abdullah Housing Project, Al-Mutairi, accompanied by Acting Director General of the Public Institution for Housing, Engineer Rashid Al-Anzi, stated that the tour aims to monitor the progress of work on the project.
The Institution for Housing (Al-Sakaniya) said in a statement that the tour included reviewing ongoing works under contracts for implementing infrastructure for residential plots, buildings, and public services, as well as listening to briefings from officials and supervising engineers on implementation developments and completion percentages across various components of the project.
It clarified that the project’s completion rates are proceeding according to the scheduled timeline for field operations, reflecting execution in line with approved plans.
The Institution affirmed that the Housing Minister had directed an increase in the frequency of field monitoring of the project and enhanced coordination among relevant authorities, contractors, and consultants, to help overcome challenges that may hinder implementation and accelerate the completion of infrastructure and services in accordance with approved plans.
