State Minister for Municipal Affairs and State Minister for Housing, Abdul Latif Al-Mutairi, affirmed on Tuesday the need to accelerate the pace of completion of the South Sabah Al-Ahmed project in accordance with approved plans, while adhering to technical specifications and standards to ensure the project’s completion and achieve the desired housing objectives.
In a press statement on Tuesday, marking his inspection of the South Sabah Al-Ahmed project on Monday, Al-Mutairi said that continuous field follow-up and coordination among relevant authorities, contractors, and consultants are essential to address challenges that may arise during implementation and to ensure the completion of infrastructure and service works.
Al-Mutairi reviewed the progress of field works under contracts for preparing the infrastructure of residential plots, buildings, and public services, and listened to detailed briefings from officials and supervising engineers on the latest developments in implementation and the completion percentages of various project components.
