His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, today received George Al-Haddar, Chief Executive Officer of the global banking group HSBC, and his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of his visit to the country.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation in financial, banking, and investment sectors, and reviewed opportunities to expand the partnership between the two parties, thereby contributing to economic development and strengthening Kuwait’s position as a regional and international financial and commercial hub.
Present at the meeting were Sheikh Dr. Meshal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Director General of the Direct Investment Promotion Authority, and Sheikh Khaled Mohammed Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, Acting Head of the Prime Minister’s Diwan.
