Minister of Public Works: Inspection and Audit Office at the Ministry is a Key Pillar for Enhancing Internal Oversight and Ensuring Procedural Integrity

Public Works Minister Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan confirmed that the Inspection and Audit Office within the ministry serves as a cornerstone for strengthening internal oversight and ensuring the integrity of procedures, noting that the preparation of its charter in coordination with (Nizahat) embodies the ministry’s commitment to the principles of integrity and transparency.
This statement came in a press remark by Al-Mashaan on Wednesday, following her ceremony honoring the staff of the Inspection and Audit Office, attended by the Director General of the General Administration for Control and Audit and the Acting Head of the Inspection and Audit Office, Engineer Hiba Al-Baqer, in recognition of their outstanding efforts during the recent period.
Al-Mashaan stated that honoring national talents represents continuous support for dedication and excellence, and serves as an incentive for personnel to continue achieving and contributing to the development of the work system.
She pointed out that the ceremony comes as an appreciation for what the office’s staff have contributed within the framework of their duties and responsibilities, and for their role in implementing and monitoring the summer plan, reflecting their commitment and dedication to performing tasks with efficiency and quality.
During the ceremony, Al-Mashaan received a copy of the office’s key achievements and its charter, which was prepared in coordination with the Public Authority for Combating Corruption (Nizahat), thereby reinforcing the methodology of institutional work.
