Minister of Social Affairs stresses the importance of accelerating digital transformation and developing electronic services and systems

Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail emphasized the importance of accelerating digital transformation and developing electronic services and systems to streamline procedures, reduce processing times, enhance performance efficiency, and improve the quality of services provided to citizens and clients.

During her meeting with senior ministry officials, Al-Huwail stressed the need to prioritize clients, expedite the processing of their cases, strengthen cooperation and coordination among ministry sectors, and remove administrative obstacles that delay beneficiaries’ interests, all while adhering to the laws and regulations governing work.

She directed that regular meetings be held with senior officials to monitor operations and provide her with regular statistics and reports detailing the scope of achievements and completed tasks, alongside presenting clear plans and strategies for each sector linked to specific timelines and measurable indicators.

Al-Huwail urged senior officials to feel a sense of trust and responsibility, work as a team, and keep God in mind in their work. She noted that her door is open to address any obstacles facing operations and that she is ready to work and cooperate with them in any department or sector to serve the best interests of the ministry and its clients.
