Boubyan Bank Participates in IMF and World Bank Annual Meetings

Boubyan Bank is participating in the 2026 Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group, scheduled to be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from October 12 to 18, with a high-level delegation led by Adel Al-Majed, Vice Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer. The delegation includes Abdul Salam Al-Saleh, Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Banking, Financial Management, Treasury, and Legal Affairs, along with several other senior bank executives.
This participation aims to strengthen Boubyan Bank’s international presence and reaffirm its commitment to contributing to international forums and meetings focused on shaping the future of the financial and banking sectors. Additionally, the delegation will attend a dinner hosted by the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in the Kingdom of Thailand in honor of the participating Kuwaiti delegation. This engagement aims to strengthen communication between representatives of the Kuwaiti banking sector and international financial and economic institutions, opening broader avenues for building relationships and exploring cooperation opportunities.
