Minister of Awqaf Discusses Enhancing Cooperation with South Korean Ambassador

Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Dr. Mohammed Al-Osaimi held talks with Kim Jang-hyun, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Kuwait, to strengthen cooperation between the two friendly countries.

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs stated in a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Monday that the meeting discussed areas of cooperation within the ministry’s purview, as well as the exchange of expertise in Islamic and cultural work, and the promotion of values of dialogue, tolerance, and coexistence.

It added that the meeting addressed enhancing cooperation in awareness and community programs, promoting the moderate values of Islam, and developing communication and exchanging experiences and expertise to support joint cooperation areas and strengthen relations between the two sides.
