Abbas: Occupation policies threaten "the life and existence of the Palestinian people"

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Thursday, in his video address to the United Nations General Assembly, stated that Israeli occupation policies have come to threaten “the life and existence of the Palestinian people,” not merely the two-state solution.

Abbas said in his address, “The threat is no longer limited to undermining the two-state solution and preventing the establishment of a Palestinian state; it has now reached the level of threatening the lives and existence of the Palestinian people on the land of their homeland.”
