Deputy Emir of Kuwait, His Highness the Crown Prince, Participates in Meeting of Arab and Islamic Leaders and Heads of Delegation with the U.S. President

His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, representing His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the Country, on behalf of His Highness the Amir, participated today in the joint meeting hosted by His Excellency Donald Trump, President of the United States of America, with the participation of Their Majesties, Excellencies, and Highnesses, leaders and heads of delegations of several Arab and Islamic countries taking part in the high-level week of the eighty-first session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York City.

During the meeting, the rapidly evolving developments and serious new developments in the region were discussed and reviewed, particularly Iran’s despicable attacks on countries in the region, the safety and freedom of maritime navigation, and global energy supplies, as well as the situation in the Gaza Strip.

The meeting also emphasized the importance of strategic partnership and close, continuous coordination with the United States of America to enhance regional and international security, support de-escalation efforts, and lay the foundations for comprehensive and just peace in the region.
