The State of Kuwait condemns the incursion of an Israeli occupation government minister and a number of extremist settlers into Al-Aqsa Mosque

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Kuwait’s condemnation and denunciation of the incursion by an Israeli occupation government minister and a number of extremist settlers into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, under the protection of occupation forces, in a serious violation of international law and international humanitarian law.

In a statement on Sunday, the Foreign Ministry reaffirmed Kuwait’s categorical rejection of all provocative acts that undermine the legal and historical status quo in Jerusalem and its holy sites, renewing its call on the international community to assume its responsibilities to halt these violations.

Kuwait reiterated its firm and unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and the legitimate rights of the fraternal Palestinian people, foremost among which is the establishment of their independent state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
