Foreign Minister meets UN High Commissioner for Human Rights on the sidelines of the High-Level Week in New York

On Sunday, Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Jeraf Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah met with United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk at the Permanent Mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations in New York, on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting discussed areas of bilateral cooperation between the State of Kuwait and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, as well as ways to enhance this cooperation to achieve shared objectives.
