Customs: Foils attempt to smuggle large quantity of chemical narcotic in possession of traveler arriving from a European country

The General Customs Administration announced that its inspectors at Kuwait Airport – Terminal (T4) thwarted an attempt to smuggle a large quantity of the narcotic substance "Chemical" in the possession of a traveler arriving from one of the European countries.
In a press statement issued today, Wednesday, the Administration said that a thorough inspection revealed 1,197 sheets of A4-sized paper soaked with the narcotic substance "Chemical," with a total weight of approximately 9.6 kilograms.
It noted that a seizure report was prepared, the necessary legal measures were taken, and the suspect and the seized items were referred to the General Directorate for Combating Narcotics and Alcohol to complete the established procedures.
