Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs: Committed to Developing Work Mechanisms and Preparing for the 1448H Hajj Season

Kuwait’s Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Al-Osaimi, affirmed on Thursday the ministry’s commitment to developing operational mechanisms and preparing for the 1448 Hijri Hajj season, ensuring an improvement in the level of services provided to Kuwait’s pilgrims.

In a press statement, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs said this came during the minister’s meeting with Khaled Al-Fahma, president of the board of directors of the Kuwaiti Union of Hajj Campaigns, where they discussed areas of cooperation and coordination between the ministry and the union regarding organizational procedures and preparations for the upcoming Hajj season.

The statement noted that the meeting addressed ways to enhance coordination and facilitate the work of Hajj campaigns, contributing to providing the best services for pilgrims and creating suitable conditions for performing their rituals with ease and convenience.
