Kuwait Finance House Wins 7 Prestigious Awards in Human Resources

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Group won seven prestigious awards in the field of human resources, including five awards at the 23rd edition of the global Stevie Awards for 2026, and two awards from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). This new achievement reflects the Group’s commitment to developing a distinguished work environment and enhancing its innovative HR practices, thereby supporting and empowering its employees and consolidating a corporate culture based on continuous development. These awards recognize the extensive use of data and analytics in human resources and their support for decisions related to employees and talent. This represents a significant shift in how data is leveraged in human capital management, facilitating more effective decision-making. It also underscores the Bank’s excellence in integrating sustainability principles into its corporate operations framework and long-term strategy, as well as its success in developing a comprehensive journey that begins with attracting talent and extends to empowering them to discover opportunities for growth and career mobility within the Group.

Commenting on this occasion, Ahmed Hamad Al-Hamad, Acting Head of Human Resources at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Group, said: “This achievement reinforces KFH’s competitiveness on the international stage and confirms its status as a leading banking institution whose efforts are not limited to innovation in banking products and services, but extend to developing an advanced human capital management system. It highlights the use of data and modern technologies in decision-making, alongside the consolidation of sustainability and governance principles within the Group’s corporate operations framework.”

Al-Hamad expressed his delight at this international recognition of KFH’s continuous efforts to build a modern human resources management system by leveraging technology to empower employees, develop their skills, and maintain an advanced environment capable of facing future challenges. He emphasized that these efforts reflect enhanced employee loyalty, help attract top talent, and consolidate the Group’s position.

Al-Hamad expressed his satisfaction with the success of Kuwait Turkey Bank in strengthening KFH Group’s global presence by securing four of these awards, which confirms that excellence and innovation in the human resources system extend across the Group and its international markets.

Al-Hamad clarified that KFH will continue to invest in applying the latest technologies to improve employee performance, help them achieve their career aspirations, and expand the scope of wellness programs offered to them and their families. This aims to enhance the employee experience, boost the readiness of national cadres, and support the achievement of the Group’s strategic objectives. He stressed that human resources play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the Group’s performance.

Al-Hamad affirmed that these new awards add to KFH’s distinguished record of global awards and recognitions, further strengthening its position as a leading Islamic financial institution at both the regional and global levels. It is worth noting that the selection of this year’s winners was based on evaluations that took two months to complete, conducted by more than 300 specialists. The judging process involved reviewing and evaluating each entry by at least five volunteer judges before approval by the Stevie Awards team.
