His Highness the Amir of Kuwait receives a written letter from the President of the United Arab Emirates regarding attendance at the "2026 UN Water Conference" next December

His Highness the Amir of the State, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, received today a written letter from his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, containing an invitation from His Highness to attend the opening ceremony and participate in the United Nations Water Conference 2026, which will be hosted by the United Arab Emirates in partnership with the Republic of Senegal from December 8 to 10 next year.

The letter was delivered to His Highness by His Excellency Dr. Matar Hamed Al-Nuaimi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the State of Kuwait.

Present at the meeting were His Excellency Major General (Retired) Jamal Mohammad Al-Diyab, Director of the Office of His Highness the Amir; His Excellency Sheikh Abdulaziz Meshal Mubarak Abdullah Al-Sabah, Deputy Secretary of the Amir’s Diwan; and His Excellency Mazen Isa Al-Issa, Deputy Secretary for Foreign Affairs at the Amir’s Diwan.
